1. This time when I questioned the staff as to how hard it really was to know if a room was clean and ready for the next guest all I got was a smart mouth answer from them that apparently it was harder than they thought.

10. The carpet in my room was filthy, the bath and shower area had mildew in the grout and caulking, the bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows on the bed they must have inherited from the old 'Its a small world' exhibit at Disney.
