Layout of breakfast was
poor
with people queuing to get at things, and then there being insufficient proper tables and chairs for everyone to sit down.

We have stayed at much higher end hotels downtown and been disappointed from the start due to
poor
customer service--not at the Magnolia--they aim to please.
"Staff and concierge "aimed to please", and value for the downtown area was fantastic! "

Again, for a place to stay in Denver the location is fine but it wasn't cheap and when all the average to
poor
issues are taken into consideration it just doesn't match up (the nearby Monaco is a much better run hotel).
