They put us in 1 of two adjoining rooms, with only a thin door between us, and the other room's occupant included a crying baby - on came the AC and accompanying noisy fan all night even though I'm quite sure there were plenty of vacant rooms that evening - why do they always put people right next to each other? The 'milk and cookies' evening treat turned out to be 'cookies' - the milk was all gone and no one was in sight to help with the issue - I ended up buying my daughter some water.

10. It is right in downtown, but kind of hidden away, so it's not noisy or in the middle of everything.
