5. No big deal, the stated check in time is 3 afer all so we went to the bar for a drink to start our holiday, and proceeded to watch many people check in and head up to their rooms.

8. I`ve stayed on similar low floors in other denver hotels (the Westin) and I couldn`t hear any street noise, so I think this is probably a window issue possibly, not sure but it is a big deal to me.
