1. We were right above the tram stop, and their constant 'ding-ding' did disturb us first thing in the morning, despite being on the 12th floor.

I don't know if this was some problem caused by the fact that the first day we were there we kept the do not disturb sign on all day (therefore not expecting the room to be cleaned) and they just assumed it was there the other days or what? The second time it happened, I called the front desk and the room eventually got cleaned while we were in it around 5:30PM which was a bit weird since I had called the front desk before 3PM when we were going out.
