4. I called the Magnolia to explain their mistake; the first girl didn`t understand what I was explaining so she transferred me to Nick the concierge.

5. The staff is very young including what seemed to be management, so based on my experience I can only assume they think the kindness will make the guests forget the hassle of their constant mistakes.
