2. The staff were SOOOOO friendly and helpful, free beer and wine 5:30-6:30, free cookies and milk 8-10, great room service not horribly overpriced, outstanding free breakfast ('real' eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc), bar, lounge area with pool table and library nook.
