2. They unfortunately didn't have any rooms that didn't have guests next door, as they were nearly sold out, but they could move us to a corner room that would hopefully be quieter.

4. unfortunately, this message was not conveyed I guess, as the same protectors with the feathers appeared back on the bed - and I gave up trying to have it fixed as we were too tired.
