1. That is not to say that it was problem-free, but the way in which the problems were handled actually enhanced our stay.

3. I asked him if the problem, (since there clearly was one) was that they don't actually have any toys in the hotel? He told me they do, so once again I asked for them to be put in the room.

4. A Four Seasons opened about a year ago across the street from the Hotel Teatro - I hope that's not a problem since I suspect both hotels cater to the same clientele.

6. Unfortunately this small amount of feathers is still a huge problem for me, and I had to ask for protectors that had not had any contact at all with feathers to be used.

8. The good (2nd time)-The people were very friendly, very polite and tried their absolute best to fix the minor problems we had with the room.

9. We had two problems in our room (sink issue + one lamp didn't work) but they were resolved very quickly by the staff.
