1. Young, energetic and well-trained staff were helpful from the start- when they allowed us to personally check 3 other rooms due to a concern about construction noise (we ended up kjeeping the original room and were not disappointed)-- and throughout the stay.

9. The FS construction building kept their lights on all night, and even though there was no one in that building during my stay, it really bothered me.

The room faced the street side, but there's a Four Seasons construction right across the street from Hotel Teatro, and I can see everything going on in that to-be Four Seasons building, so I bet the future Four Seasons guests can see me in the corner room too, I'm not sure I'm comfortable with this idea.
