1. They are tiny, basement conference rooms with no windows and bland decor.

2. I did think the design of the room left a bit to be desired -- for instance, there was a long counter with a mirror upon entry that was entirely wasted space, followed by a tiny closet.

The room I stayed in was tiny (albeit that was by my own doing - I needed a cheaper rate since all the other rooms cost far more than I wanted to spend), there were scrapes/marks on the walls, and the bedding (though of good quality) looked like it had been through the wash one too many times and should've been retired.

5. I was shocked to see that the closet was teeny tiny and the only dresser in the room was inside the closet and the size of a filing drawer you slide under a desk.

9. Despite my parents spending about an hour on the phone talking to the reservation folks to make sure we would be placed in a nice room since it was a gift, our room was tiny and looked directly at a wall.
