1. We stayed at the Hotel Teatro for five nights and were disappointed in the room, although the staff were very friendly.

3. Young, energetic and well-trained staff were helpful from the start- when they allowed us to personally check 3 other rooms due to a concern about construction noise (we ended up kjeeping the original room and were not disappointed)-- and throughout the stay.
