2. The lighting in the huge bathroom was poor, but they did provide a lighted makeup mirror I liked the way they didn't nickel and dime us as some high end hotels do--the Internet was free as well as the bottled water and the Wall Street Journal.

3. Walking into the room, even the first impression were poor - the carpet looked worn, the windows were dirty, and I even checked to make sure the windows were all closed because you could hear the noise from outside so clearly (the noise from outside was a problem throughout the night).
