1. Also, if you aren't happy with the service, make sure you politely complain to the management and you might be pleasantly surprised at how much they are willing to right the wrong.

4. When i was on the phone with room service trying to sort out having a wrong menu and order dinner they didn't really seem too interested or concerned.

5. Now, I realize I had rescheduled with them and it was an honest mistake, but I was disappointed because our gift from my father was clearly for a 'weekend' and the manager had us down for like a Tuesday/Wednesday of the wrong month.
