1. I had to call about one minor problem and it was fixed within minutes, they called to make sure I was happy and gave me some credit against my bill for something that was just a minor annoyance.

3. I felt they should have done a little more for the issues with room service - when I called room service trying to sort it out if they had seemed a little more concerned and helpful about sorting out the problem I probably wouldn't feel this way.

4. Didn't matter since I have already set my iPhone and was only using it as a backup, but I could see this being a problem if you were depending on it.

5. We encountered a couple of problems during our stay, but the staff was very quick and friendly in fixing them.

6. Check in was fast and friendly and even though I had an extremely discounted rate, got my king bed request without a problem and was even asked if I preferred a higher floor or a lower one, which is probably a first for me.

7. We had a room with a malfunctioned shower and the staff from housekeeping, to the engineer and the Manager was prompt, professional and proactive in problem solving the situation.

10. Great location - 16th street is one block away - we walked over to the Denver Art Museum to see the Tut Exhibit and ate at some great restaurants (Euclids and Little India) Only problem was the parking - I saw online that the self parking was $20/day - turned out to be $24/ day.
