Overall I loved the stay, BUT, there is construction across the street, that looks a mess, when calling for shuttle and other information prior to arriving, I was told that they had a shuttle, but I actually had to pay for a round trip ticket for and outside vendor, after explaining to the staff how that was such an inconvenience, they upgraded my room and really showed me GREAT customer service.
