1. I had to call about one minor problem and it was fixed within minutes, they called to make sure I was happy and gave me some credit against my bill for something that was just a minor annoyance.

4. Everything cost extra - which I expected to a degree but when you can stay at a much less expensive motel/hotel and get free Internet (including the device) - I find being charged for everything is a annoyance, especially when nothing was special.
