Funy thing was my guest and I were going in and out of that Regency Club Lounge many times on that day and the day before, so much the women working up there recognized us, and then to be rudely rejectly on New Year`s Eve like the way the RUDE LADY DID, IT TOTALLY RUINED OUR NIGHT AND NEW YEAR`S EVE.

10. New Year`s Eve was a mess; some staff were EXTREMELY RUDE, but the young employees were the only delightful ones there, even if they had to work on New Year`s Eve they stayed nice and friendly.
