1. The property boasts an outdoor hot tub and it was nice to take a soak in the morning, but this is where my only complaint about the property comes from -- the hot tub is, I think, stainless steel, so it was difficult to sit without sliding around everywhere and the railing blocks the view of the mountains.

2. My only minor complaint (and this is for pretty much any business class hotel, not just the Hyatt chain) is that charging guests extra for internet service seems cheap.

7. Only complaint is that the 27th floor restaurant was not open on the one evening we had available to visit, however we did peek through the door and saw an awesome view of the Front Range.

The only complaint that I have, and this was eventually resolved, was that our shower was broken, and we called the front desk, and they said they would send someone right up, but it took a little longer than right up, so luckily my parents had a room down the hall, so we just went and used their shower as we had an appointment to get to.
