1. unfortunately, I didn't utilize these, but considering so many hotels charge extra these days for such facilities, I felt it worthwhile mentioning.

2. We booked the Ritz-Carlton for a restful three-night stay, but we unfortunately found ourselves on the same floor as a group of rude, loud customers who started their party every night at 2 A.

4. We`ve stayed in many places in the Denver area and unfortunately nothing compares to the Ritz.

5. ) The room and the bath room were very similar to a Four Seasons in size and character, marble bath with soaking tub, large shower (unfortunately my room had not-so-great water pressure and a poor shower head), good desk space with adequate power and data outlets, LG flat screen but oddly, only one overstuffed chair.
