1. As Marriott Platinum, we only got free wi-fi so we were disappointed with the lack of benefits for us.

3. When I ate at Elways for a salad my chicken was so tough I asked the bartender for a steak knife to cut it and he gladly obliged but why should I need a steak knife to cut my chicken? Service was just so lacking it seemed.

Besides the club floor issues, the lack of a pool for kids (there's one next door that they can swim in on the weekends only), and the fact that this hotel is in a seedy part of town, the rooms themselves were beautiful and immaculate, filled with every amenity you'd expect to see at a Ritz-Carlton.
