4. Only gave 4 stars for service this time, as we had some issues getting towels/washcloths, however this is really not indicative of their usually fantastic service.

Besides the club floor issues, the lack of a pool for kids (there's one next door that they can swim in on the weekends only), and the fact that this hotel is in a seedy part of town, the rooms themselves were beautiful and immaculate, filled with every amenity you'd expect to see at a Ritz-Carlton.

7. It tasted wonderful and was appealing, but I cannot figure why it was exactly the same--very fresh so it wasn`t a cost issue.
