1. As I've read the reviews, I feel bad for the guy that had the horrible experience at the Ritz, because, my experience was PHENOMENAL.

2. After reading the horrible review, I was a little worried about this hotel, but was heartened by the other very positive experiences that the other past travelers had at the Ritz, and hoped my stay would be as good as theirs.
