problem
at a Ritz property in Hawaii, so now I always check.

Although they had a hard time getting our steak cooked properly, they did everything they could to make up for the
problem
including paying for dinner and buying us Brunch the next morning.

Not sure if a lot of people were showering or there was a
problem
, but I will overlook it as the shower was great the night before, and when I told the front desk, they were very apologetic.

customers were staying an additional night and should have offered to move us to another floor.
