1. The in room coffee was terrible.

2. handle to turn water on/off, (2) on one of lamps the light fixture portion holding bulb was broken and hanging off the light (amazingly light still turned on), (3) TV reception was poor - cable/satellite kept freezing up on channels, (4) WIFI (which costs extra) was terrible in room - it was slow, kept dropping connection, basically unusable during certain times of day/night.
