3. On the downside the restaurant, cafe & coffee shop were quite expensive but there are lots of great cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

4. Another downside to the hotel is that it is not walkable to anywhere interesting, and you have to get a cab ride about 10 minutes to the Uptown area.

8. the only downside to the hotel is #1 you have to pay for parking, i think it was $15 a day for self parking, i'm sure it was more for valet #2 everyone expects a tip, the guy that helps unload your car(even if you don't want him to), the guy that opens the door for you (every time you come and go), and the guy that takes your bags to your room(even though he banged and knocked and knocked my bags off a few times, thank goodness i carried my laptop case.
