1. The NABE leadership will be told of the awful experience and how ridiculous it is to hold a convention here.

2. The atrium rooms are awful, the elevators are hot and the hallways on upper floors have no A/C , my room I had the A/C cranked down but it barely cooled off and the 1980 era beds that are well worn as well as the crummy pillows sure made it an awful experience.

3. The experience at this hotel was just awful, I stayed there years ago when it was a Lowes hotel but now its just awful and I am sure the management is to blame , I have written a letter to Hilton.
