1. While I did not call to complain, I was hoping that these would get rectified through the hotel quality control process, but I guess this is not the case.

3. I think it's futile to continue to complain about exorbitant parking charges, but just in case someone cares, I will voice every guest's impotent outrage at a virtually empty parking facility that charges $9 for a 15 minute dash by the room.

6. After complaining about the first room I was given (small with two doubles instead of a king bed), I was moved to a parlor room with a queen-sized Murphy bed (very comfortable), a large conference table, sitting area, dining table, refrigerator, coffee station, and mini-bar.
