Enormous hotel in a very convenient location unfortunately marred by, at times, extremely slow internet (even though it's hardwired - not wireless - in the room), inability to cool room significantly, air vents/thin walls permitted conversations from other guest rooms to echo discernibly into mine and the front-desk, though quite friendly, was very understaffed for a hotel of this caliber within an hour of check-out time.
