1. We had a problem with the AC in our tower room.

4. I had several problems during my stay - was charged for Internet which was supposed to be free, room type selected at time of reservation was not provided, etc.

5. The main problem is, the housekeeping staff beging yelling in the hallways and slamming doors repeatedly often well before 8am, even on Sundays.

6. The king room we had that night was beautiful, and though there was a slight problem with internet access in the room when I called the concierge they immediately connected me with the help desk and everyone was very helpful in getting the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
