1. I think this may be a problem with Crowne Plaza in general, that they don't have consistent standards and that these aren't on part with other upper middle chains.

8. Luckily, I stored my luggage in the basement and haven't touched it since, and I washed my clothes immediately, so it hasn't turned into problem, but I shutter at the thought of what could have happened, especially considering my ignorance of what bed bugs look like.

10. Room was clean and large enough to accomodate a couple without any problem (I was alone though) with all the amenities you'd expect from an hotel near a business center.
