1. You will be unpleasantly surprised if you are expecting 'typical' Crowne Plaza but it isn't bad by comparison to most other hotel brands--It is just a bit dated.

9. bad thing: when dining at hotel, it take the food a lil while to come out, but I found out it's because they cook the food to order - but well worth the wait.
