3. BUT, The staff is 5 Star, From Megan (and the others) at the front desk, throughout the various interactions with staff, it's been a long time since I've had a staff and hotel practices work so hard to make sure everything was a close to perfect as they could make it.

5. You know how some hotels, the blanket is a thin, hard rough flannel type?? I hate those but these are soft and fluffy.
