2. Can get pretty noisy in the middle of the night, and loud drunken twits hanging about the front of the place isn't ideal.

3. The only things that keep me from rated the hotel a 5 is that for some, they might not like the location (I forgot to mention that the JFK Memorial is also a short walk away), and some people might find the AC loud.
