1. Parking was also a problem and we had to park further away in an overflow parking lot.

2. Because of a function in the hotel, I did have some problems sleeping because of noise, but upon request, the MOD moved me, personally, to another room at a time that fit my schedule.

5. Other than the wonderful bellcap Warren who had seen us throughout the day and sincerely apologized for the problems, there was no apology from anyone at the front desk or any explanation as to why they did not have a room available for us.

6. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience - the front desk bordered on incompetent and was wholly unapologetic for the problems we experienced.
