It's frankly, too bad that Franklin street isn't what it used to be in terms of local shopping establishments (more chain stores and cheap dinner establishments for the student partiers nowadays), because the prime location of this hotel in the heart of Franklin Street in Chapel Hill is definitely the best in town.

2. A friend told me it wasn`t so bad when she was there, but it was cool, so neither the air conditioning nor the heat needed to come on.

3. As previously mentioned, the a/c was noisy, the location of the closet badly designed so that if it was even slightly ajar it was hit by the room door and the leaky shower door.
