1. Because of a function in the hotel, I did have some problems sleeping because of noise, but upon request, the MOD moved me, personally, to another room at a time that fit my schedule.

3. Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony, so there was some initial concern regarding noise on Franklin Street; however, we were given a room on a high floor and couldn't hear anything from the street below.

6. The room was new, spacious, well equipped (coffee pot) --nice bathroom, great beds, and you could order a white noise machine and a custom pillow according to information in the room (we didn't).

9. The street noise can be loud (a man camped out on a bench across the street did like to yell at passing cars every 15 minutes in the early afternoon after check-in) so we were delighted when we saw the pillow menu that also included a sound machine.

10. They came back late and started playing rap music at a ridiculous noise level, which woke me up, and at the same time I felt the room was a little stuffy.
