4. - Security guard(s) stationed in the lobby area along with the 'non-guest' presence made me feel somewhat uncomfortable - Airport shuttle, while free, does only operate on the hour, so if your flight gets in at x:20 (like mine did), you may end up waiting for about an hour-and-a-half for the shuttle (like I did).
