There were long stretches of no sirens, so it wasn't constant, but there were times it became a bit

By the time 1 1/2 hours rolled by, I called back
annoy
ed and the operator told me to take a cab and the hotel would reimburse me for the fare.
"Wonderful, clean facility and great value! "
