The front desk staff is the LEAST friendly of any Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at (okay, I admit, some of theri staff is GREAT, but seems half are

Obviously there isn't much that can be done now to improve our comfort (although the Hampton Inn Guarantee SHOULD be honored for that last night) but I hope that we may be able to save other guests a
miserable
night in the future by discouraging the use of room 811 or 813.

None of the other equipment in that fitness room seems to cause the loud noise and vibrations and therefore makes sense in a 24 hour room, BUT we ended up with a
miserable
, sleepless night due to this issue with the treadmill.
