1. The fact that it was close to the Boston Medical Center didn't bother us at all, no one complained about that.

4. This room has a bathroom sink that takes a half hour to drain, complaining does no good as there is no night maintenance staff.

7. EVERY time I went down, there was someone in there, and they did not moniter how long you could be in there so I would stand for a good 20 minutes and have to complain and then the person still could take their time.
