1. When I called to ask if they would reset the router they said that it was my computer issue.

6. None of the other equipment in that fitness room seems to cause the loud noise and vibrations and therefore makes sense in a 24 hour room, BUT we ended up with a miserable, sleepless night due to this issue with the treadmill.
