1. Note, this was a minor detail on a very nice stay - it was not that the kids were unwelcome, and everyone was very kind to them.

2. In addition, although the building is modern and relatively new (built in 2001, I believe) it feels a bit cramped and unwelcoming in the lobby as the separate Spa & apartments take up a good portion of the available space.
