7. Many, many service problems: dirty dishes left in the lobby lounge on several occassions, excruciatingly slow delivery of food/drinks in the bar and restaurant, mixed-up orders in the bar, cold food in the restaurant (that was supposed to be hot), failed to deliver telephone messages correctly.
