2. My only two complaints are the hotel restaurant (Artisan Bistro) which was overpriced with very bad service and the lack of a coffee maker or hot water kettle in the room.

5. I spoke to someone, didn't get his name, at check out and he apologized and said he would not charge me for the pants and 'was there anything else he could do'? It just felt awkward and I felt very bad.

6. There is a huge movie theatre right next door, if you are bored or the weather is bad, but so many other fun things to do.
