5. The only negative is the location--the hotel is down a street off of the Common towards the theater district, which remains a bit dirty.

6. A couple of times during our stay the public ladies room off the lobby needed a cleaning with toilet paper and garbage on the floor, dirty mirrors and a non-working stall remained closed through the weekend.

7. Many, many service problems: dirty dishes left in the lobby lounge on several occassions, excruciatingly slow delivery of food/drinks in the bar and restaurant, mixed-up orders in the bar, cold food in the restaurant (that was supposed to be hot), failed to deliver telephone messages correctly.
