1. Considering the price, I'm a bit disappointed that breakfast and complimentary wi-fi weren't included, while the computers in lobby were slow.

And as I was making my way to the elevator with both our bags (my husband was getting a box from the car), the concierge noticed my slow progress across the lobby, jumped up, grabbed an empty elevator, held it for me, asked what floor I needed after I was safely on, punched it, smiled, and left as the door closed.
