3. When I asked them to help obtain an airport shuttle as I checked out they told me they did`nt offer this service- this was incorrect as the concierge had told me it could easily be arranged- no booking necessary .

I stood at the front desk and neither one even acknowledged that I was standing there - on another occasion when my bill was being corrected, one of the two employees actually showed her displeasure that I wanted both the bill that had the incorrect information and the corrected copy, and I encountered one of them again on the day that I departed.
