2. What is a big deal at the Hilton Back Bay is the fact that we constantly hear our neighbors flushing their toilets clearly through the wall.

4. Unlike the adjacent Sheraton, Marriott, and Westin, the Hilton is not connected to the Prudential Center mall so if you want to shop until you drop you have to exit the hotel, cross the street, and enter the Sheraton for an access walkway-no big deal.
