2. Now to the room- I was upgraded to a higher floor with a river view- although the room was spacious and renovated it was completely under-furnished with an awkward chaise lounge that seats 1 person- surely a room with so much space that is designed for double occupancy could have 2 chairs so one person doesn't have to sit on the bed.
